Return Policy & Terms

We will accept the return of any unsatisfactory item provided it is unused, in 'like-new' condition.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, please contact us to obtain a return goods authorization number (RGA).

  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • All returns must be pre-approved for return and have an assigned RGA number on the outside of the box.
  • Packages missing the RGA number will be refused.
  • RGA numbers are only good for 30 days from the day issued.
  • An invoice or sales slip must also accompany returned item.
  • We also request that you also enclose a brief note describing the reason for the return.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from original price when the refund is issued.
  • Tax and shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Light Bulbs
  • LED Lights
  • Special Orders
  • Any item that was previously installed

We always suggest inspecting your order upon delivery to make sure everything came as expected.

Missing Parts

Occasionally, items are receive missing components that were intended to be included. If this happens, just let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we'll ship you out a replacement.
